GoldenWare maintains a global network of download/query sites accessed by a referee page at your site. Our network has multiple sites, multiple carriers and multiple servers per site for extremely fast and reliable access. Our up time is 99.9%.

NETWORK SUPPORT

Goldenware has a state of the art multi-homed, geographically diverse distribution network on multiple Internet backbones.

Goldenware provides full reporting tools with all of it’s products that are updated on a daily basis and accessible directly by the customer.

Goldenware provides backup customer support for all of its products. Primary customer support is available via eMail and can be provided by telephone.

HELP DESK

Help Desk calls on GoldenWare products average 1-2 per 1,000 downloads!

Each of GoldenWare's products come with full training and complete manuals/documentation for your Help Desk Customer Support team.

GoldenWare provides back up support to your Help Desk. Alternately, GoldenWare provides optional Help Desk services for its products.

LIST SERVER

Our off line products all have email reminder and/or update service available with a state of the art automated list service.

DEVELOPMENT AND CUSTOMIZATION

In most cases GoldenWare Travel Technologies develops products at its expense and makes customized versions available to our customers. Our development services can be made available on a project by project basis.
